In 2026, Apartments for People, LLC agreed to sponsor the creation of a YouTube Channel designed to better serve our tenants and to share "best practices" techniques with other landlords and investors.
For tenants, the channel will provide many "how to" and informative videos to enable our tenants to be more self-sufficient and aware of community-wide resources available to them. As a result, tenants will become more self-sufficient.
For landlords and investors, the channel will share our knowledge and experiences with other landlords and investors in an effort to showcase "best practice" strategies and tactics. By sharing our knowledge and experiences, we hope to learn from other landlords and investors in order to become a better company.
In addition, the channel will showcase interviews and resources relevant to everyone in the apartment industry.
