Social Impact Policy

Apartments for People, LLC works very hard to ensure that our tenants are provided a safe, affordable and clean home. While most of our tenants are working class people seeking an affordable apartment, a number of our tenants are people with special needs. We are respectful of all our tenants and, when necessary, collaborate with many social service agencies and government housing agencies to ensure that each tenants is properly housed.
